1:1 EFT Tapping Consults

 These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are — gently, slowly, and at the pace your body can hold.

Together, we work in a way that helps your body:

  • Find a sense of peace, calm an presence

  • Release stress or traumatic past experiences

  • Move out of numbness, shutdown, or anxiety

  • Feel safer inside yourself

  • Learn how to handle your emotions without being overwhelmed

These sessions are ideal if you want deeper support, personalised guidance, and a space where all of you is welcomed — your fears, your feelings, your story, and the parts of you you haven’t known how to express.

This is where long term change happens — gently, safely, from the inside out

 

Sessions are available online or in-person on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

​What you’re feeling makes sense.

Many of us were never taught how to feel or express our emotions safely; or how to move through life’s painful experiences without shutting down, spiralling, and disconnecting from ourselves.

So when life became overwhelming, your body did the only thing it knows how to do: it protected you.

Feeling numb, anxious, overwhelmed, or shut down is no fault of your own —it’s often how your body learned to survive.

When emotions don't get a chance to be felt, they don’t disappear

— they live in the body, shaping your reactions, relationships, choices, beliefs and sense of self long after you’ve tried to “move on.”

This is why talk therapy or mindset work alone isn’t enough.

You can understand why you feel the way you do…and still feel stuck inside the same cycles. To truly heal, the body needs to feel safe again.

Memory Reprocessing

Reduces the emotional weight of past experiences. This changes how your body responds to stress and past trauma, helping you to feel calm and grounded in the day to day.

Somatic (body) Practices

Often our bodies hold onto fear, stress and tension. Working with your body sensations creates more ease and a sense of calm from within. And if you can't connect to body sensations, that's ok too.

About Me

I'm Sarina Coventry-  Clinical EFT Tapping Practitioner and former Women's Health Nutritionist (BHSc). I work with women just like you who feel stuck in numbness, shutdown, anxiety, or chronic stress.

For years, I lived in survival mode — numb, disconnected from my body, and frozen. I was constantly chasing this feeling of being alive in all the wrong places, often crashing into shutdown, long bouts of sickness and calling it “normal.”

My real healing began when I learned how to feel, safely. In a way that was gentle, slow and at a pace my body could hold. 

Now, I help women do the same — so they can return to the woman they were always meant to be: present, expressive, connected, and fully alive.
