EFT Tapping is an evidence based form of therapy that supports you to process all of life's challenges including stress, overwhelm, anxiety and painful past experiences so that you can restore your wellbeing and thrive.

How does EFT Tapping help?

​

Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT Tapping, involves tapping on acupressure points along the body which sends a calming signal to the part of your brain called the amygdala. This shifts the body from a state of stress, to a state of rest and supports your body to feel safe, process difficult emotions and move from a state of worry and fear, to trust and grounded presence.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What are the EFT Tapping points?

 

In clinical EFT tapping, there are 9 main points that we use. These are based on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) acupressure points, or meridian lines. We typically tap on each point, 7-10 times before moving to the next. You can view the points in my FREE Intro to EFT Tapping Guide.
